1. Self-Custody and Private Keys
Dividnd operates strictly as a non-custodial software application. We provide a user interface that allows you to interact directly with various blockchain networks. We do not have access to, control over, or custody of your digital assets, private keys, or recovery phrases. You retain absolute control and responsibility for your funds at all times. In the event that you lose access to your recovery phrase, our support team cannot recover your funds or restore your access.
2. Local Device Encryption
The value of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), is highly volatile and subject to significant price fluctuations. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating the nature, potential value, and risks associated with your transactions. The information provided within the application is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Threat Mitigation and Smart Contract Safety
Transactions executed through our interface are broadcast directly to the respective blockchain networks. These networks require the payment of transaction fees (often referred to as "gas fees"). You are solely responsible for all associated network fees. Furthermore, because blockchain transactions are immutable, Dividnd cannot cancel, reverse, or modify any transaction once it has been submitted to the network.
4. User Responsibilities
By utilizing our services, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activities. This includes, but is not limited to, using the application for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our interface if we detect usage that violates these terms. You stop reacting to the market and start front-running it. This is what it looks like when your money finally catches up to the modern web.
5. Hardware Wallet Compatibility
The Dividnd software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dividnd and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, network outages, smart contract vulnerabilities, or the loss of your private keys.
